Returns & Refunds

The short version: you have 30 days, the shirt needs to be unworn and unwashed, and we’ll refund you to your original payment method.

1. Return window

You may initiate a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. This does not affect any statutory rights or our warranty for manufacturer defects.

2. Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed, free of stains, odors, or damage, with all original tags attached, and in the original protective packaging where applicable. We reserve the right to decline a return if the merchandise does not meet these conditions.

3. How to start a return

Email support@qbmerch.com with your order number (QB-####), the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the label.

4. Refund method & timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

5. Return shipping

Domestic (U.S.) returns are free — we provide a prepaid label. International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion — no return required.

7. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Non-returnable items

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, orders placed more than 30 days ago, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and gift cards.

9. Lost or stuck packages

If your return shipment appears stuck in transit, allow 3 business days for carrier updates before contacting us. If a return package is lost, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
